Lamp base is 13” wide x 10 2/8 “ deep x 1 7/8” thick. Light is 48” tall. Base is made of Museum Grade Aniegre wood from Africa. Black on side of wood base is created using Japanese Shou-sugi-ban burning technique. Structure of light is made with brass tubing and jeweler’s brass sheet. Lamp diffusion is made up of two parts. 4 paper panels of Uda-gami Japanese paper 40 g and 4 fabric panels of hand loomed Pineapple Fiber sewn with Kakishibui dyed kimono cotton thread. 2 panels are dyed with Indigo extract from India, 2 panels are undyed. There are 11 small brass botanical figures on top of base.

Light is designed to be used with a LIFX soft white plus RGB smart LED.
