Lamp base is 15 wide x 10 deep x 1 7/8 inches thick. Light is 33 inches tall. Base is made of Museum Grade Figured Maple. Black on wood base is created using Japanese Shou-sugi-ban burning technique. Structure of light is made with brass tubing and jeweler’s brass sheet. Lamp diffusion is made up of three parts: 4 paper panels of Uda-gami Japanese paper, two panels of pineapple/silk fabric, and one panel made from antique Japanese fabric dyed with Indigo.
